Essex Girls Summer Meeting
On Wednesday 17th August, 11 Junior Girls took part in the Girls’ Summer Meeting at The Burstead Golf Club. Fortunately the rain and lightning kept away so the competition was completed without a break for bad weather.
Ciara Rushmer of Boyce Hill, has a handicap of +2 and she came in with an excellent winning score of 68 gross.
Emily Dixon of Thorpe Hall playing off 5 also had a super score with 73 gross.
Lily Frost of Chelmsford just pipped Rosie Salter of Thorndon Park to the Best nett 71.
