Essex Ladies County Golf
GIRL’S AND UNDER 15’S CHAMPIONSHIP 2025
The Girls's and U15's Championships took place on Wednesday 28th May at Crondon Park Golf Club in very windy conditions. The girls all coped admirably, however, and battled through the 36 holes with smiles on their faces! Some great golf was played in these challenging conditions with the highlight coming from our eventual champion Lily Frost from Chelmsford Golf Club who carded a brilliant 4 over gross in the morning round.
Abigail Tang also from Chelmsford is our U15's Champion and also won the nett prize.
Both Lily and Abigail now qualify for the Justin Rose Telegraph Junior Golf Championship.
Huge thanks go to our hosts Crondon Park, our wonderful referees Trish and Jo and my thanks go to Sharon for keeping me company in the morning and likewise to our President Karen for the afternoon and for handing out the prizes.
