The first Match play part of the Championship commenced at 8.02am in better conditions than Friday with a sunny wind free day. The first match was won by Katy Yates playing against Lily Frost. This was quickly followed with Chelsea Duffy winning against Erin Earl, Megan Dawson against Zoe McLean-Tatten, Ciara Rushmer against Georgia Cater, Ashley Chalmers against Milly Tillyer, Emily Dixon against Claire Vaughan, Charley Hatley against Danielle Anderson and Megan Henry against Lauren Gowers. After a lunch break the winners moved into the quarter finals and play started at 1.06pm with Katy Yates playing Chelsea Duffy, Megan Dawson playing Ciara Rushmer, Ashley Chalmers against Emily Dixon and Charley Hatley against Megan Henry. The winner of these matches move into the semi-finals that commence on Sunday morning at 8.58 with the finals time set for 1.30pm
The Seniors quarter finals were won by Julie Race against Elizabeth Brown, Gill Haysham against Julie Finegan, Amanda Colgate-Herbert against Sue Ballard and Jo Rumsey against Delray Rose Bussey. The winners move into the semi finals on Sunday morning with play commencing at 8.42am with the finals time set for 1.22pm
