GIRLS' SUMMER MEETING

The Girls' Summer Meeting was held at Colne Valley Golf Club on Wednesday 28th August.  Twenty girls took part in the 18 hole Stableford competition.  Congratulations to all the prize winners.  1st  Isabel Clarke (Thorpe Hall) 47pts, 2nd  Megan Dawson (Chelmsford)  42pts,  3rd  Tilly O'Leary  (Wanstead)  41pts o.c.b.,  4th  Rosie Boyce (Chelmsford) 41pts o.c.b., from Ivy Neary (Thorpe Hall).   Best Front 9  Abigail March (Colne Valley)  25pts,  Best Back 9  Emily Dixon  (Thorpe Hall)  21pts,  Best Gross Score - Amy Knotts (Chigwell)  Gross 77.

Thanks go to Colne Valley for hosting the event and all their help on the day. The course was in splendid condition and all the girls throughly enjoyed playing.
