SENIORS HANDICAP MEETING – THE BURSTEAD GOLF CLUB – 19TH SEPTEMBER 2024

Luckily the weather on the day was a fantastic 23 degrees for this time in September, a little breezy but with great course conditions to play for the Ina Cameron Trophy which is the 31st time it has been contested.

The overall Winner of the Ina Cameron Trophy was Sandy Grant (Maldon GC) with a fantastic 43 points. The winner of the 60+ division was Sarah Taylor (Frinton GC) with 39points and runner up was Pauline Greenan (Burstead GC)with 38 points.  The Winner of the70+ division was Celia Larkham (Colne Valley GC) with 38 points and runner up was Pat Kettle (Colchester GC) with 37 points

Many thanks to The Burstead GC for hosting the competition and their fantastic hospitality, the Seniors Captain Bob Allen kindly gave his time as our Starter, and Nicola Thomas (President) and Joyce McFarlane for help and support throughout the day and awarding the prizes.
