Essex Ladies County Golf

Current Covid restrictions meant no Clubhouse, no socialising and having to leave as soon as their round was finished. This didn’t stop 24 girls playing at Thorpe Hall today and making our first Competition of the season a success. Thank you everyone.

The weather behaved, providing clear but chilly conditions.

The scratch prize went to Ciara Rushmer of Boyce Hill.

The Stableford Competition was won by Rosie Salter from Chelmsford with 38 points. Just one point behind was Ivy Neary from Thorpe Hall.

Ciara Rushmers 34 points gave her 3rd spot but, as no-one can take more than one prize, the third stableford prize went to Emily Dixon from Thorpe Hall who also scored 34 points.

Many thanks to Thorpe hall for their hospitality and help, especially as it is less than 10 days since we have been allowed back on the Course.
