The England Golf Website that can be accessed via the ELCGA Website details the framework for playing safe golf.  The guidelines can be downloaded and details range from Course Set up, Before, during and after a round and Competition and Rules of Golf this is Item 5 that also provides a link to Congu that provides guidance on qualifying scores during the convid 19 restrictions.
