This year the East Region County Match Days will be hosted by Bedfordshire County Golf at John O'Gaunt Golf Club , Biggleswade Road, Sandy SG19 4LY.
As usual the six East Region Counties - Bedfordshire, Cambs & Hunts, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk will be competing for the East Region County Championship with the winning County going through to the Women's County Match Day Finals at Selby Golf Club, Brayton, Selby North Yorkshire, Friday 19th - Sunday 21st September
Norfolk are currently the East Region County Champions and will be defending their title making them the team to beat.
Essex are fielding a very strong team this year with a mixture of experienced players and newbies!
Counties play a round robin, each match has five games - three singles and two foursomes and three. For full details see Order of Play.
If you do have the opportunity to come to John O'Gaunt Golf Club to support the team don't forget to wear Essex Red!
