The competition is open to players under the age of 18 on the 1st January 2022 who are
members of an affiliated golf club within the counties of Bedfordshire, Cambs & Hunts, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk, who have amateur status in accordance with the current
Amateur Status Rules of the R&A Limited and who hold a Handicap Index under the WHS Rules of Handicapping.
